Colibri Guest House is set up for slow travel and longer stays, in the most walkable part of La Paz. Settle in, cook in the kitchen, swim in the afternoon and walk to dinner.

A desk in your room
The Desert, Cacti, Wave and Mangrove rooms and the Ocean Suite's Seagrass bedroom all have desks, and the living room downstairs has a big dining table.
A kitchen to cook in
Private-room guests share the ground-floor kitchen and living room (the Oasis). The Ocean Suite has its own private kitchen and living room.
Walk everywhere
We're one block from the Malecón, with cafés, restaurants and bars a short walk away. Most days you won't need a car.
Cafés to settle into
Doce Cuarenta is a big, buzzy room where people settle in for hours, and Amelier 21 has air-conditioning inside. See our coffee guide.
Pool + patio
End the day with a swim and a sunset, without leaving the house.

Do you take weekly or monthly stays?
Yes, longer stays are welcome. Put your dates on the form and we'll reply personally with availability and a rate for your stay.
Is there Wi-Fi?
We'll confirm internet details before we open in February. If reliable internet is essential, mention it on the form and we'll get back to you with specifics.
Can I cook?
Yes. Private-room guests share the ground-floor Oasis kitchen; the Ocean Suite has its own kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave and sink.
Do I need a car?
Not for everyday life: Centro is walkable and DiDi rideshare works in town. We can arrange transportation to and from the La Paz and Los Cabos airports.
