Booking + cancellation policy

Reserving your stay

1. Send your dates through any booking form on this site. You'll see the price as you go.
2. We confirm availability personally, usually within a day, by email or WhatsApp.
3. We send a secure payment link for the 20% deposit. Your dates are held once it's paid.
4. You pay the balance at check-in, by card, cash or bank transfer.

Deposit + cancellation

• 30+ days before check-in: full refund of your deposit.
• Less than 30 days: the deposit is non-refundable.
• If we can't host you for any reason, we refund 100% of what you've paid.
• Changing dates: ask us. If the new dates are free, your deposit moves with them.

Payments

Prices are per night in Mexican pesos (MXN), cleaning included, with no extra fees. Stays of 28 nights or more get 10% off. US-dollar amounts are estimates; your card provider converts at its own rate. Ask us if you'd prefer to pay another way.

Check-in + check-out

Check-in is from 10–11 am and check-out is at 11 am. We're flexible whenever other guests' plans allow, so tell us yours. Someone will be at the house to welcome you.
